I was there! We waited outside in the rain for 5 hours to get into St Peter’s for midnight mass and when Pope Benedict XVI appeared with the candle, everyone went quiet for a beautiful moment.

Being in Rome for Christmas is indeed an exceptional experience. To celebrate this festive season with the Pope has always been a dream of mine, so Christmas 2010 will have a particularly special place in my heart.

    Buon Natale!

I have to find a chance to get to Rome. St. Peter’s is so beautiful!
