GUILTY OF SELLING BODY PARTS Two companies have admitted guilt for selling baby body parts in a $7.7 million settlement with the district attorney in Orange County, CA. In the agreement, DV Biologics LLC and DaVinci Biosciences LLC must cease all operations in California within 60 to 120 days and admit liability for violations of state and federal law prohibiting the sale or purchase of fetal tissue. LGBT The Supreme Court declined to hear a landmark case involving a claim of workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
