DOJ WON’T DEFEND ACA The Justice Department has asked a federal court to strike down provisions of Obamacare which require insurers to offer coverage to those with pre-existing conditions at equal price. It is unusual for the Justice Department to decline to defend a federal law in court, but it’s not unprecedented.
