DOJ WON’T DEFEND ACA  The Justice Department has asked a federal court to strike down provisions of Obamacare which require insurers to offer coverage to those with pre-existing conditions at equal price. It is unusual for the Justice Department to decline to defend a federal law in court, but it’s not unprecedented. In 2011, President Obama’s Justice Department refused to defend the Defense of Marriage Act in court.  READ
