SUPREME COURT NOMINATION  Pro-abortion activists mailed 3,000 hangers to the office of Senator Susan Collins, R-ME, in an attempt to convince her to vote no on confirming Brett Kavanaugh. Collins is one of only two pro-abortion Republicans. She voted to confirm Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court in 2006. READ
KAVANAUGH HEARINGS  The New York Times criticized Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh for “saying nothing, over and over.” But the New York Times praised Elena Kagan because she “stuck to her script.”  READ
TRUMP CLOSES PLO OFFICE  The Trump administration will close the Palestine Liberation Organization’s office in Washington, DC, in order to get them to bargaining table. “The Trump administration will not keep the office open when the Palestinians refuse to start direct and meaningful negotiations with Isreal,” said National Security Adviser John Bolton.  READ

Catholic News Agency has uncovered a 2006 letter from a high-ranking official in the Vatican which implicitly acknowledges receipt of allegations against then-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick. READ
